Job description

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-time and accurate Preventative Maintenance, FMIs, and ISIs
  • Assist with equipment installation and basic troubleshooting and service repair
  • Maintain customer service logs, internal service records, and manage repair parts
  • Utilize escalation processes to implement corrective action plans for customer issues
  • Serve as a member of the account community for key accounts
  • Independently handle service calls within one year of employment

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent military education
  • Experience with Web applications and Microsoft suite of products
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Willingness to work rotating On-Call schedules and weekends
  • Ability to travel up to 85% of the time
  • Physical ability to lift 35 lbs and perform various physical movements (bending, climbing, kneeling)
