Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare visa petitions and applications including H-1B, L-1A, TN, E-2, O-1A, O-1B, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW
• Write persuasive and well-supported legal documents that tell compelling client stories
• Collaborate with supervising attorneys to improve case templates, protocols, and internal resources
• Work independently on multiple cases and projects with minimal supervision
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the legal tech platform
• Help build scalable, repeatable systems for complex legal processes

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with talent visa cases (specifically O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW)
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification
• Strong legal writing and storytelling skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience or comfort working with ambiguity and improving systems/processes
