About the Company

Compass Surgical Partners is a leading, independent, full-service ambulatory surgery center (ASC) development and management partner. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain implant item master data across enterprise systems
  • Review, validate, and update implant records to support procurement, inventory, billing, and reimbursement
  • Partner with center administrators, procurement, and revenue cycle teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Support implant contract management and identify cost optimization opportunities
  • Monitor implant logs to improve compliance and audit readiness
  • Investigate data inconsistencies and identify root causes to improve workflows
  • Provide guidance to center teams on implant costs and purchasing processes
  • Develop reporting, tracking tools, and process documentation
  • Assist with implementation and optimization of materials management systems

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in implant coordination, surgical supply chain, or healthcare operations
  • Experience within an ASC, hospital, or healthcare provider environment
  • Knowledge of implantable medical devices and related procurement/billing workflows
  • Experience maintaining item masters or product catalogs
  • Proficiency with Excel and healthcare supply chain or procurement systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or Business
  • Experience supporting multi-site healthcare organizations
  • Experience with orthopedic, spine, or cardiovascular implant categories
  • Experience with ENVI, HST, or similar materials management platforms
  • Familiarity with GPO contracts and implant pricing analysis
  • CMRP or other healthcare supply chain certification
