Implementation Consultant I

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned workstreams within large-scale enterprise implementations to ensure deliverables are on schedule
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution across complex environments
• Support planning and execution of enterprise go-live events
• Provide workflow consulting for physician, clinical, and operational teams
• Educate and register physicians for PerfectServe programs and design system-level solutions
• Develop and deliver training programs tailored to large health system audiences
• Configure advanced workflows within complex multi-facility systems
• Work with third-party systems to integrate solutions into the PerfectServe platform
• Conduct testing across devices, platforms, and integrated technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Prior experience in customer-facing or service roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel 30% - 50% of the time
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers and team members
