Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Scope and document implementation requirements, integration needs, and success criteria for new TPRM customers
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kick-off through go-live
• Configure the TPRM platform to match customer workflows, including risk scoring and approval workflows
• Build and maintain API integrations using REST APIs and webhooks
• Write scripts and automation for data migration and bulk imports
• Design and deliver tailored training sessions for customer administrators and end users
• Act as the voice of the customer to provide product feedback to Engineering and Product teams

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an implementation engineer, solutions engineer, or technical consultant role at a SaaS company
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining REST API integrations
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or a similar scripting/backend language
• Experience with authentication patterns like OAuth 2.0, API keys, and SAML/SSO
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a remote, async-first environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with GRC concepts (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF) or Third-Party Risk Management
• Experience integrating with platforms like ServiceNow, Archer, Workday, or Coupa
• Exposure to workflow automation tools or iPaaS platforms like Zapier, Workato, or Tray.io
• Experience with JSON/XML data transformation and webhooks
