Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce-based SaaS solutions, including fields, page layouts, permissions, automation, and reporting
• Partner with Implementation Managers to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans
• Build, update, and troubleshoot Salesforce automation, specifically Flow-based processes and validation rules
• Support data migration and cleanup activities using tools like Data Loader
• Configure and validate Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify technical gaps and enhancement requests
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and deployment notes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring Salesforce or Salesforce-based SaaS solutions
• Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration experience (objects, fields, record types, etc.)
• Expertise in building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security and sharing architecture
• Experience with data migration and data repair using Data Loader or structured import processes
• Ability to perform technical requirement analysis and translate them into implementation tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Experience in healthcare, credentialing, or regulated industries
• Experience supporting integrations, APIs, or middleware
• Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, or Salesforce deployment/change set processes
• Experience using AI tools to improve implementation efficiency and documentation
