Since our launch in 2017, we’ve helped major financial institutions and tech-savvy trailblazers orchestrate their compliance programs through our thoughtfully designed, intuitive SaaS product.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new Hummingbird customers and serve as a key point-of-contact post-sale
• Dive deep into workflow intricacies to solve complex configuration problems
• Own all aspects of implementation including client satisfaction, project scope, and status tracking
• Configure the Hummingbird platform to meet customer business and technical requirements
• Manage multiple implementations in parallel while prioritizing effectively
• Contribute to improving implementation processes to make future launches smoother
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams

Requirements

• Experience scoping and configuring B2B enterprise SaaS platforms or technical products
• Ability to turn loose requirements into clear implementation plans and outcomes
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and reliable with strong priority management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment
