Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery for new client integrations and solution pilots
  • Translate business use cases into detailed technical solution plans
  • Manage integrations with client systems including CRM (Salesforce), EMRs, and data platforms via APIs, CSVs, and Smart on FHIR
  • Coordinate with customer enablement, engineering, and product teams for scalable rollouts
  • Manage multiple concurrent client implementations using structured delivery methodologies
  • Act as a consultative partner to Big Pharma, Specialty Pharmacy, Payor, and Provider clients
  • Lead technical client conversations, design, build, QA, UAT, and go-live cycles

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or system integration for healthcare clients
  • Proven ability to project manage client-facing technical projects end-to-end
  • Strong agile and project management skills
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers or life sciences technologies
  • Familiarity with Mulesoft or similar integration tools
  • Exposure to AI solutions, digital transformation, or healthcare automation
  • Experience with data integrations involving EMR or payor systems
