Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation process for new customers to ensure timely onboarding
• Own Time to Value (TTV) metrics and drive continuous improvement in implementation timelines
• Support clean handoffs from sales to post-sale teams with necessary documentation
• Identify and communicate upsell or cross-sell opportunities during implementation
• Manage customer expectations and resolve issues promptly through active listening
• Mitigate churn risk by ensuring customers achieve early wins and value realization
• Track implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables using CRM systems
• Deliver engaging training sessions to customers of varying technical skill levels
• Monitor adoption metrics and proactively address barriers to platform utilization

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, training, or customer success
• Proven track record of successful software implementations or SaaS onboarding
• Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
• Solid knowledge of ABA or a related field (BCBA preferred)
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software systems quickly
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with strong classroom management abilities
• High level of accountability and ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
