Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new customers, including kickoff, planning, and go-live coordination
• Manage customer-specific data feeds and integrations in partnership with technical teams
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders at multiple levels
• Drive implementation milestones and proactively identify risks or blockers
• Optimize onboarding workflows and implementation processes as the organization scales
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Implementation Management, Customer Success, or Project Management
• Experience in a digital health solution environment involving benefits administration
• Strong technical aptitude for managing data feeds and system configurations
• Ability to manage complex ecosystem vendor partners within healthcare and benefit programs
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
