Implementation Manager

About the Company

Vesta is rebuilding the mortgage loan origination system (LOS) from the ground up using an AI-augmented platform. Founded by former Blend employees, the company aims to transform the mortgage industry through automation and modern cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from sales handoff through user testing and post-go-live
• Act as a Vesta product expert, overseeing configuration and customization of the LOS
• Serve as a solutions consultant throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Collaborate with sales, product, design, and engineering teams to manage client expectations and development velocity
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans and status reports
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders as a trusted advisor

Requirements

• Experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level projects
• Ability to navigate complex projects involving executive, business, and technical stakeholders
• Understanding of how software is deployed within mature enterprise organizations
• Strong project planning and documentation skills
• High degree of curiosity and willingness to learn the mortgage ecosystem
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
