Responsibilities

• Build project plans with clear milestones and hold customers and internal partners accountable
• Proactively manage the end-to-end implementation process to achieve target timelines
• Identify and resolve blockers by partnering with internal and external teams
• Support large customers with data models and import requirements
• Manage system configurations, including APIs and integrations
• Identify gaps in current processes and drive scalable improvements
• Act as a customer champion by creating feedback loops with internal teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in implementation or project management for complex SaaS
• Prior experience at a B2B SaaS startup, ideally in health tech or healthcare operations
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-level technical projects
• Experience with SaaS configuration including APIs, integrations, and workflows
• Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Asana
• Exceptional client-facing communication and executive presence
