Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers in the MEA region during the onboarding period of Atlas.
• Collaborate with the Solutions and Client Experience teams to ensure the successful initial setup and configuration of Atlas.
• Develop long-term goals with schools using change management strategies.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and understand its applications within school processes.
• Facilitate product customization to meet client requirements.
• Translate client needs into technical specifications and vice versa.
• Deliver both basic and advanced training sessions (onsite and online), customizing content to suit users’ abilities.
• Stay current on industry changes in education and change management.
• Ensure a smooth transition of client relationships to the School Experience Manager post-implementation.
• Work with Service & Support teams to ensure optimal project delivery.
• Contribute across teams to drive company mission and foster client relationships and product innovation.

• Strong interest in education transformation
• 1-2 years of software implementation or SaaS experience (preferably in education)
• Arabic language skills are beneficial
