Implementation Success Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and scoping conversations to understand business objectives and technical requirements
• Translate complex requirements into structured Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Manage relationships with implementation and agency partners throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Act as the primary Professional Services point of accountability for senior client stakeholders
• Identify expansion opportunities in partnership with Account Management and Customer Success
• Collaborate with Product and Solutions teams to share implementation insights

Requirements

• Proven experience in Professional Services, Solutions, or Implementation within SaaS or CMS
• Strong background in scoping technical engagements and writing SOWs
• Experience managing implementation partners, agencies, or SIs
• Excellent stakeholder management skills at senior and C-suite levels
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
• Strong command of the English language

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with headless CMS, composable architecture, or digital experience platforms
