Responsibilities

• Answer inbound guest calls Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
• Conduct warm, brief conversations regarding travel dates, occasions, and guest counts
• Transfer callers live to available booking specialists or schedule calls on their calendars
• Return after-hours calls at the start of each morning
• Maintain a monthly missed-call rate under 12%

Requirements

• Exceptional phone presence with a warm, friendly, and composed demeanor
• Service-first mindset and high reliability
• Ability to stay composed and efficient during high call volumes
• Comfortable using computer-based phone systems, CRMs, and calendar tools
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or call centers is a plus

Benefits

• $23.08/hour pay
• $500/month performance bonus for maintaining low missed-call rates
• $500/month team bonus based on company goals
