Inbound Freight Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery appointment scheduling via the DataDocks portal across global fulfillment centers
• Review and approve appointments for accuracy regarding ASN, pallet counts, and BOL alignment
• Act as the primary point of contact for carriers, brokers, and merchants via email and Slack
• Perform bulk ASN and PO data uploads using Metabase and standardized templates
• Monitor inbound capacity and generate weekly performance reports for the Transportation team
• Coordinate with warehouse operations to manage drop vs. live-unload decisions and timestamp corrections

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in freight coordination, dock scheduling, or transportation logistics
• Proficiency with scheduling or transportation management platforms
• Strong written communication skills for professional carrier and broker correspondence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting
• High attention to detail regarding shipment data discrepancies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a 3PL or fulfillment center environment
• Familiarity with inbound freight processes including BOLs and ASNs
• Experience with Metabase or similar data extraction tools
• Bilingual communication skills
