Responsibilities

• Conduct prospecting through various channels including phone, email, and social media
• Qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and schedule sales appointments
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries such as form fills, chat, and demo requests
• Engage with prospects to understand needs and educate them on product offerings
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads in Salesforce
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead-generation campaigns
• Assist in the development of sales materials and presentations
• Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape

Requirements

• Previous experience in an SDR, sales, or customer-facing role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or GovSpend
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
