Incentive Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain incentive pay models for Sales and Post-Sales teams
• Track performance against plans and ensure data accuracy and clean documentation
• Own recurring comp review cycles end-to-end, including data validation and attainment calculation
• Coordinate with external compensation consultants to manage system configuration and deliverables
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound questions regarding pay, attainment, and plan mechanics
• Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis as plan needs evolve

Requirements

• Experience in compensation, finance, sales operations, accounting, or a related analytical role
• High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex modeling and data structuring
• Experience with sales compensation or incentive plan design, ideally in SaaS or high-growth environments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Ability to handle sensitive compensation data with discretion and professional judgment
