IndySoft Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administration in IndySoft including managing user accounts, roles, and permissions
• Configure templates, lists, events, workflows, equipment profiles, and reporting layouts
• Assist with data migration and site integration for new locations
• Run SQL queries to identify and clean up duplicate or inconsistent data
• Maintain integrations between IndySoft and other business applications like NetSuite and Salesforce using APIs
• Provide front-line user support and develop training documentation
• Identify and recommend system enhancements and automation

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering or configuring IndySoft
• 1–4 years of experience in systems administration, business systems analysis, or application support
• Proficiency with SQL for data retrieval and analysis
• Understanding of APIs and business application integration concepts
• Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to data
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, data cleanup)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Data Analytics
• Experience with calibration, asset, or quality management systems
• Programming or scripting experience with Python
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or HubSpot
• Exposure to ETL tools or middleware
• Familiarity with metrology or manufacturing environments
