Responsibilities

• Design and execute monthly influencer acquisition campaigns targeting specific verticals like health, fitness, gaming, and finance
• Build professional influencer sourcing processes leveraging external platforms and direct outreach
• Explore and test new acquisition channels including AI-driven solutions and third-party affiliate programs
• Develop compelling lead magnets and communication strategies to attract high-quality influencers
• Coordinate and lead a team of junior entrepreneurs across diverse markets
• Establish clear workflows, tracking systems, and performance metrics to standardize processes

Requirements

• Proven track record of 2X+ growth in an influencer, affiliate, or partnership program
• Experience in consumer mobile apps or web products, preferably in a startup environment
• A builder mindset with experience creating original systems from scratch
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strategic marketing thinking and data-driven decision-making
• Comfort with variable compensation tied directly to outcomes
