Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Managers and Executives, setting priorities and reviewing output
  • Act as senior influencer advisor to clients regarding creator ecosystems and partnership models
  • Shape annual, quarterly, and campaign-level influencer strategies
  • Oversee campaign quality from creator strategy to reporting and post-campaign action plans
  • Develop and maintain senior relationships with creators, talent agencies, and platforms
  • Set standards for influencer measurement, reporting frameworks, and performance diagnostics
  • Champion best practices around disclosure, brand safety, and usage rights
  • Partner with senior leaders across media, strategy, creative, and data to integrate influencer thinking
  • Support new business and pitch work with influencer strategy and staffing plans
  • Coach, develop, and retain influencer talent within the team

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social, PR, or integrated communications
  • Proven experience leading teams and senior client relationships
  • Experience managing complex multi-market influencer scopes
  • Strong track record in commercial leadership and operating model design
  • Experience in strategic planning and campaign governance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, media, or business
