Responsibilities
- Own, scale, and protect the affiliate ecosystems for L'ange Hair and OFIR Beauty
- Proactively identify and hunt for the perfect beauty creators to join the network
- Onboard new creators and maintain high levels of partner motivation
- Ensure all affiliate partners operate with absolute brand and regulatory compliance
- Manage and optimize presence across TikTok Shop, Meta, Instagram, and Facebook
