Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute influencer strategies across various tiers and platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Kick, X, and Instagram.
  • Source and qualify creators based on audience fit, engagement authenticity, and risk profile.
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle: outreach, pitching, negotiation, and contracting using CPA, rev share, or hybrid deal structures.
  • Create content briefs and messaging guidance that drives conversions while maintaining compliance and brand safety.
  • Manage campaign operations, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, and tracking links.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics such as CAC, CPA, sign-ups, deposit volume, and ROAS.
  • Coordinate with Creative, Social, and Affiliate teams to repurpose influencer content for wider brand amplification.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly creator spend plans.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in performance-driven influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
  • Proven track record of negotiating deals and running measurable, ROAS-driven campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the YouTube and Kick creator ecosystems.
  • Proficiency with tracking and analytics, including UTM links, codes, and attribution dashboards.
  • Experience in iGaming, crypto, fintech, or other regulated/grey industries.
  • Familiarity with influencer discovery tools (e.g., Modash, HypeAuditor) and affiliate program structures.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume outreach and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
