Influencer Marketing & Partnership Specialist Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Research and identify influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Conduct personalized outreach and nurture professional relationships with creators
• Assist in planning and coordinating influencer marketing campaigns and product gifting
• Monitor campaign deliverables and ensure creators meet agreed commitments
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, recruitment metrics, and campaign performance using CRM systems or spreadsheets
• Prepare weekly reports on outreach efforts and partnership progress

Requirements

• Previous experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing best practices
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (native or near-native accent)
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and CRM systems
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing influencer campaigns from outreach through execution
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing programs
• Knowledge of gardening, homesteading, wellness, food, or sustainability niches
• Experience using Google Workspace and project management tools
