Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead influencer selection and onboarding across the Gulf region
  • Build long-term relationships with local agencies and key partners
  • Provide regional insights for campaign planning and localized content
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaign ROI
  • Track emerging trends and platform dynamics in the Gulf
  • Coordinate branding projects, gifting, fixed deals, and collaborations
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Marcomm, and PR to align initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end influencer activations and reporting

Requirements

  • 7+ years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships
  • Strong knowledge of KSA and UAE influencer ecosystems
  • Fluency in English; excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven relationship and stakeholder management
  • Data-driven approach with performance analysis experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • E-commerce or tech industry experience
  • Proficiency in Arabic and/or Turkish
  • Experience with agency partnerships and direct talent management
  • Familiarity with Gulf social media trends and content formats
