Influencer Outreach Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and onboard forex and futures content creators (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) aligned with Prop Firm Match’s mission
• Build and scale a structured influencer database (region, audience size, engagement type)
• Develop and maintain long-term influencer relationships through clear communication and follow-up
• Coordinate and execute influencer campaigns (mentions, reviews, affiliate collaborations) and hand off structured briefs
• Track and report campaign performance (CTR, conversions, reach) and present weekly summaries to Growth
• Negotiate collaboration terms and manage affiliate support (via Intercom)
• Create SOPs, outreach templates and negotiation playbooks; standardise reporting using Google Sheets/CRM

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with trading/fintech influencers and affiliate creators
• Proven success running influencer or creator-led campaigns that drove measurable traffic/conversions
• Familiarity with analytics dashboards and basic performance reporting (CTR, conversion metrics)
• Comfort supporting partners via Intercom or similar support tools
• Knowledge of regional influencer ecosystems (Europe, North America, East Asia) is a plus
