Responsibilities

• Represent, support, and strategically guide a roster of provided influencers to grow audiences and monetize content
• Secure and negotiate high-value deals with brands, agencies, and record labels
• Maintain constant communication with influencers and brands to ensure successful collaborations
• Develop targeted strategies alongside internal teams to expand influencer reach and drive revenue growth
• Work independently in a fully remote, flexible environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, talent representation, or relevant sales roles
• Understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, driven, and comfortable working autonomously
• Highly organized and proficient in Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications

• Past experience at a talent agency or marketing agency
• Experience in sales-driven roles
