Information Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Resolve Salesforce cases submitted by internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate updates to Salesforce objects
• Leverage various software tools to support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting
• Identify data discrepancies, process exceptions, or system issues and escalate trends or unresolved items
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cross-functional data and process issues
• Follow and help improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by documenting issues, suggesting updates, and maintaining process accuracy

Requirements

• 1-3 years of related work experience
• Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel
• High aptitude for working with dynamic information systems
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
