Information Security Access Specialist

Responsibilities

• Enhance information security measures by conducting regular access audits for PCI DSS and ISO 27001 compliance
• Measure and track operational SLAs to ensure high internal customer satisfaction
• Optimize operational processes through automation
• Validate and define role models across corporate systems and correct access anomalies
• Map compliance and technical requirements into automated access workflows
• Partner with cross-functional teams to onboard new systems into the Access Flow platform
• Deploy automation scripts using PowerShell or Bash to eliminate repetitive tasks
• Process complex, escalated access tickets and maintain internal documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT Security, IAM, or related technical roles
• Technical mastery of enterprise identity tools like Okta, CyberArk, Active Directory, PAM, and SSO
• Basic scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python for automating workflows
• Understanding of PCI DSS and ISO 27001 requirements
• Deep understanding of RBAC structures and authentication methods
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and intermediate English

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud security and identity governance in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with IAM orchestration platforms
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Okta Certified Professional, or Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator
