Job description

Responsibilities

Design and manage implementation of secure network configurations for server infrastructure, public cloud and containerized environments Maintain current security tools and manage the implementation and integration of new ones Perform security validation and implement hardening process across various systems Provide IT-staff with all necessary support and guidance on secure hardening practices.

Requirements

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, etc.) and familiarity with threat detection/prevention techniques at each network level Practical experience in securing network infrastructure and configurations (firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, etc.) Expertise in hardening of operating systems and network services across different platforms (Windows, Linux, MacOS) Practical experience securing containerized environment and orchestration systems (Kubernetes, Docker) Practical experience securing public clouds Experience in implementing, maintaining and configuring security tools (e.g. EDR, VM, MDM, PAM systems, etc.) Proficient in scripting and automation (Python, Bash)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in implementing Zero Trust architecture Hands-on experience with network penetration testing Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Ansible, Terraform) Familiarity with IaC approach and security implications
