Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and management of sustainable blockchain infrastructure across Substrate, Ethereum, Cosmos, and Solana ecosystems
• Deploy energy-efficient Web2 applications using NodeJS, React, and NextJS
• Administer automation scripts in bash, ansible, and TypeScript to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage virtual machine environments with Proxmox, aligned with sustainability commitments
• Implement advanced monitoring tools to maintain Tier 5 uptime and SOC 2 compliance
• Provide expert-level support for critical infrastructure issues across decentralized global networks
• Collaborate across functions to integrate software development with sustainable hardware infrastructure

Requirements

• 5+ years of system administration experience with significant Web2 focus
• 2+ years in Web3 sector with emphasis on environmental sustainability
• Deep expertise in blockchain deployment and VM environment management
• Profound knowledge of Linux system administration and sustainable practices
• Advanced skills in monitoring systems with focus on minimizing environmental impact
