Infrastructure Security Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Infrastructure Security team, ensuring clear ownership and accountability
• Define and drive the Infrastructure Security strategy, roadmap, standards, and operating model
• Prioritize team initiatives based on security risk, business impact, and regulatory requirements
• Guide security across cloud platforms, Kubernetes, endpoints, and vulnerability management
• Build scalable processes for risk prioritization and remediation tracking
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure teams to integrate security early
• Communicate infrastructure security risks and progress to technical teams and leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity
• Experience leading and managing technical security teams
• Strong background in Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security, or Platform Security
• Proven ability to translate security goals into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes
• Strong leadership, coaching, and delegation skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders across cross-functional teams
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-risk or regulated environments like iGaming, Crypto, or FinTech
• Experience maturing security functions from reactive to structured programs
• Experience leading distributed or fully remote technical teams
• Hands-on experience with Zero Trust, AWS, OCI, and Google Workspace Security
• Experience with digital asset or cryptocurrency infrastructure security
