Infrastructure Security Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Define technical direction and architectural decisions across all Infrastructure Security domains
• Lead security infrastructure reviews for new and existing systems
• Develop and maintain technical standards, security policies, and security baselines
• Own the Vulnerability Management process across infrastructure domains
• Provide technical growth and mentorship to team members
• Act as Tier 3 technical escalation point during Incident Response

Requirements

• 7+ years in infrastructure security with 3+ years in an Architect or Lead role
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or OCI security services
• Hands-on Linux system administration and server hardening expertise (CIS Benchmarks, DISA STIG)
• Proficiency in IaC tooling including SaltStack and Terraform
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes security (RBAC, Pod Security Standards, Admission Controllers)
• Experience in development and automation using Python or Go
• Experience with SQL and ESQL/DSL (ElasticSearch)
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and Common Secure Network Architectures
• Familiarity with enterprise security architecture frameworks like TOGAF or SABSA
• Upper Intermediate English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Splunk or Clickhouse
• Experience with network segmentation, routing, and SDN
• Contributions to open-source projects or speaking at security conferences
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Istio
• Knowledge of IAM, SSO, VPN, OpenID, and SAML
• Knowledge of endpoint security tools like Audit.d, sysmon, AppArmor, or SELinux
