Innovation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytical evaluation of line extensions, LTOs, price pack architecture, and variety pack strategy to prioritize the innovation pipeline
• Analyze syndicated data, retailer performance, consumer trends, and internal sales data to evaluate portfolio health and optimize assortment
• Develop data-driven business cases integrating consumer insights, financial return, and brand strategy
• Partner cross-functionally with Insights, Brand, Sales, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive commercialization

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in innovation, brand management, category management, or commercial strategy within a CPG company
• Experience evaluating line extensions, price pack architecture, and SKU productivity
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
• Proficiency with syndicated data (Circana, NielsenIQ, SPINS, Numerator, or similar)
• Strong financial acumen and experience developing business cases
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting seasonal or limited-time offers (LTOs)
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
• Experience in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment
