Inside Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls and prospect for new clients
• Present solutions using a consultative sales approach
• Handle objections and close sales effectively
• Support client onboarding and post-sale follow-up
• Update CRM systems and maintain commercial reports
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
• High resilience and ability to handle frustration
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
• Stable internet connection and personal computer
