Job description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute strategic sales approaches
  • Conduct pre- and post-sales outreach to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate and manage lead generation campaigns and prospecting activities
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain and expand prospect and customer data within the CRM system
  • Generate customer quotes, proposals, and contracts
  • Support demand generation efforts through cold calling and outreach
  • Identify key decision-makers within target organizations
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market conditions
  • Coordinate with procurement teams for order fulfillment
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including trade shows and events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Technology, Finance, or related field
  • Or equivalent combination of education and 4 years of relevant business experience
  • 2–5 years of inside sales or sales support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move trade show materials

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Federal or government sales environments
