Job description
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute strategic sales approaches
- Conduct pre- and post-sales outreach to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and manage lead generation campaigns and prospecting activities
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain and expand prospect and customer data within the CRM system
- Generate customer quotes, proposals, and contracts
- Support demand generation efforts through cold calling and outreach
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market conditions
- Coordinate with procurement teams for order fulfillment
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including trade shows and events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Technology, Finance, or related field
- Or equivalent combination of education and 4 years of relevant business experience
- 2–5 years of inside sales or sales support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift and move trade show materials
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Federal or government sales environments
