Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key accounts utilizing ID card printing, identity management, and access control systems.
  • Build long-term relationships with HR, IT, Security, Facilities, and Compliance stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for system upgrades, integrations, and expanded credentialing solutions.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure retention and continuous value delivery.
  • Develop a strong personal sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Target sectors such as corporate enterprises, healthcare, finance, education, and manufacturing.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to assess client needs in security, compliance, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Present integrated solutions combining hardware, software, and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
  • Support execution of strategic sales plans aligned with revenue targets.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling across identification and security solution portfolios.
  • Prepare structured performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Track developments in biometrics, access control, and identity management technologies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting visibility.
  • Monitor customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and technology events.
  • Promote expertise in secure identification and access control solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within security, identification, or technology sectors.
  • Strong consultative and solution-based selling approach.
  • Ability to engage multi-level stakeholders across business functions.
  • Experience selling integrated hardware and software solutions is preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • CRM proficiency (Zoho or Odoo preferred).

  • Identity lifecycle management platforms
  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO, SOC 2, or GDPR
