Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build the inside-sales function from zero: CRM setup, sequences, talk-tracks, objection handling, and dashboards
- Run high-quality phone/Zoom consultations diagnosing customer needs and recommending Pod configurations, accessories, and subscription plans
- Own the funnel end-to-end: respond to inbound leads, qualify, nurture, close, and hand off to Delivery and CX
- Define and track KPIs (speed-to-lead, conversion, attach rate, cycle time, NPS)
- Drive subscription, accessory, and extended protection attach rates and financing utilization
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance and CX to iterate on offers and playbooks
- Carry quota and deliver predictable revenue while setting the bar for future hires
