Responsibilities

  • Continuously build, train, and mentor a team of sales people to meet and exceed 100% of quota
  • Work with sales leadership to define, track, and report on key performance indicators for your team
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to build and maintain workflows to grow the sales pipeline
  • Interview, hire, and train new members of your team
  • Meet regularly with your team to provide coaching and improve business processes
  • Manage team-level activities in the CRM
  • Share insights with sales leadership to optimize and scale operations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience
  • Total of 6 or more years of progressive sales experience
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred
  • Expertise using and building workflows in a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proven track record of hiring and ramping salespeople to quota
  • Demonstrated experience coaching sales people
  • Ability to manage teams remotely and in person
