Responsibilities
- Continuously build, train, and mentor a team of sales people to meet and exceed 100% of quota
- Work with sales leadership to define, track, and report on key performance indicators for your team
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to build and maintain workflows to grow the sales pipeline
- Interview, hire, and train new members of your team
- Meet regularly with your team to provide coaching and improve business processes
- Manage team-level activities in the CRM
- Share insights with sales leadership to optimize and scale operations
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience
- Total of 6 or more years of progressive sales experience
- B2B SaaS experience preferred
- Expertise using and building workflows in a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
- Proven track record of hiring and ramping salespeople to quota
- Demonstrated experience coaching sales people
- Ability to manage teams remotely and in person
