Job description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized insurance quotes and exceptional service for non-Horace Mann products
  • Foster strong relationships with agents and address client inquiries via email, phone, and web
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to process quotes and applications
  • Bind policies and ensure proper documentation, including approvals, payments, and signatures
  • Track and report key performance metrics while maintaining quality reviews
  • Achieve production goals through consistent client engagement and follow-ups
  • Utilize sales techniques to maintain strong close ratios and service levels

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Availability during standard operating hours Monday–Friday (7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. CST) and occasional Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in call centers, customer service, or sales
