Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Manage and progress a pipeline of opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Accurately record all sales activities and pipeline updates in the CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to maximise conversion

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar revenue-generating role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred
