Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new advertising opportunities across SMB, regional, and mid-market accounts
- Generate pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and market research
- Qualify opportunities, pitch solutions, and develop media recommendations
- Manage advertiser and agency relationships from initial contact through renewal and expansion
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and HubSpot
Requirements
- College degree (BA, BS, or equivalent)
- 1–4 years of experience in advertising, media sales, account management, or consultative sales
- Experience in advertising agencies, media agencies, publishers, or ad tech strongly preferred
- Proven ability to prospect and generate pipeline in a high-volume outbound environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot
- Ability to work West Coast hours (Pacific or Mountain time)
