Job description

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new advertising opportunities across SMB, regional, and mid-market accounts
  • Generate pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and market research
  • Qualify opportunities, pitch solutions, and develop media recommendations
  • Manage advertiser and agency relationships from initial contact through renewal and expansion
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and HubSpot

Requirements

  • College degree (BA, BS, or equivalent)
  • 1–4 years of experience in advertising, media sales, account management, or consultative sales
  • Experience in advertising agencies, media agencies, publishers, or ad tech strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to prospect and generate pipeline in a high-volume outbound environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Ability to work West Coast hours (Pacific or Mountain time)
