Job description
Responsibilities
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling SolarWinds solutions into targeted accounts
- Manage the entire sales process with an emphasis on new business sales and account expansion
- Conduct territory and vertical research to formalize go-to-market strategies
- Develop pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, and market intelligence
- Position solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, and ROI analysis
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Executives to manage end-to-end sales
- Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data within Salesforce
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly forecasting
Requirements
- Extensive experience selling software solutions to large organizations
- Proven history of net direct new business sales and target achievement
- Demonstrated track record of sales over-achievement
- Ability to build credibility at all levels, including CxO
- Fluency in English
- Experience in systems management and analysis software or vertical industry sectors is a plus
