Institutional Ecosystem Lead

Responsibilities

• Establish a comprehensive account management plan for institutional clients across DeFi, TradFi, and Web3 ecosystems, including delegate outreach, product integration, and roadmap alignment.
• Identify and structure multi-party opportunities by aligning business incentives across diverse stakeholders.
• Create and oversee team structures for account management plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions tailored to institutional needs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in DeFi, capital markets, and blockchain applications, advising clients on best practices and integration strategies.
• Stay ahead of market trends in tokenisation, digital asset management, and institutional blockchain adoption.
• Gather and act on user feedback to help the product develop features and drive user satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of account, new business, or relationship management experience in technical environments.
• Experience managing large and complex accounts and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep knowledge of Web3 technologies, DeFi protocols, and tokenisation value chains (including personal hands-on experience with DeFi).
• Familiarity with traditional financial market infrastructure and decentralized applications (DApps), smart contracts, and blockchain platforms.
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to engage across all organisational levels.
• Strategic thinking and business development capabilities.
• Expertise in tokenisation of real-world assets (RWAs), including regulatory, ecosystem, and scalability considerations.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
