Responsibilities

• Fundraising & Investor Engagement

  • Leverage existing network to identify, cultivate, and expand relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and strategic investors.
  • Support fundraising campaigns, roadshows, and investor meetings.
  • Craft and deliver compelling presentations, pitch decks, and financial updates.

• Due Diligence & Capital Process Management

  • Support due diligence, data room preparation, financial documentation, and strategic Q&A.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of investor materials.
  • Anticipate investor questions and proactively address information gaps.

• Investor Communications

  • Serve as a key contact for current and prospective investors.
  • Respond to quarterly updates, letters, and ad hoc communications.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all investor interactions.

• Market Insights & Storytelling

  • Monitor industry trends and investor sentiment.
  • Advise leadership on fundraising best practices.
  • Continuously refine company narrative for the venture ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in investor relations, venture capital, investment banking, or startup fundraising
• Proven track record supporting capital raises and due diligence
• Strong venture capital and investment community network
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• High adaptability and comfort in startup environments
