Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and engage institutional and high-net-worth clients across APAC with a focus on Dubai/UAE
- Pitch and onboard clients to institutional products: OTC, custody, market maker/taker programs, staking and related offerings
- Build and maintain a pipeline; close deals and draft client/partnership agreements
- Represent the company at industry conferences, community events and client meetings in the region
- Research market and competitor trends; propose and help build new institutional product offerings
- Maintain ongoing client relationships, collect feedback and recommend product improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years institutional sales experience
- 1+ years in digital assets / cryptocurrency / web3 outbound sales
- Familiarity with OTC, custody, market maker/taker programs and staking
- Existing network/book of institutional crypto clients (hedge funds, prop shops, HFT, asset managers, OTC desks, custody seekers)
- Proven track record acquiring and monetizing institutional relationships
- Strong written and oral English; professional presentation and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior APAC / Middle East market experience, preferably UAE-based
- Experience at exchanges, prime brokers, custodians or OTC desks
- Fluency in additional regional languages
- Ability to travel regularly for events and client meetings
