Job description

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major institutional and VIP clients.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Build key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track the status of key customers.
  • Analyze user behavior, identify hidden needs, prepare key customer analysis reports, and collaborate with internal departments to deliver optimal client service solutions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales and client services within international financial institutions (banking, investments, etc).
  • Demonstrated portfolio managing institutional clients, HNW individuals, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; adaptable in various situations.
  • Proven sales skills and ability to maintain client relationships under pressure.
  • Passion for crypto; industry experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; native language proficiency preferred.
