Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive eLearning solutions using Articulate 360, video, and AI-based tools
• Create scenario-based, microlearning, and blended learning experiences
• Lead eLearning projects from concept through delivery with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and translate business challenges into strategies
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data and feedback
• Explore and implement emerging technologies to improve engagement and scalability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise), Synthesia, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
• Experience with LMS platforms and familiarity with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)
• Working knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and learning analytics
• Strong project management skills
