Responsibilities

• Audit, analyze, and reconcile multiple matters, parties, and intake records to verify accuracy
• Identify and resolve duplicate matters and process lead refunds in a timely manner
• Coordinate and manage meetings and correspondence with third parties for client reconciliations
• Identify data deficiencies and flag process issues to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain understanding of lead sources related to marketing, finance, and integrations
• Manipulate large datasets to identify problematic or deficient data for attorneys
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for process improvements and efficiency enhancements

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in large-scale data auditing
• College Degree required
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and/or Sigma
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce
• Background in Legal, Finance, or Data Analytics
