Intelligence Analyst – OSINT & Narrative Analysis (UAE)

Responsibilities

• Conduct OSINT investigations including social media account analysis, network mapping, narrative tracking, and information-environment monitoring.
• Use the PeakMetrics platform to gather, process, and analyze online data to identify emerging narratives and influence activity.
• Produce clear, actionable intelligence products: daily updates, narrative briefs, situational reports, and visualized insights for senior stakeholders.
• Synthesize multiple data sources into mission-aligned analysis and operational recommendations.
• Engage directly with customer teams to triage analytic requests, brief findings, and support ongoing analytic needs.
• Provide user training and support on OSINT workflows and PeakMetrics tools; contribute to SOPs and repeatable analytic workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve data reliability, features, and analytic tradecraft.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in International Relations, Political Science, Communications, Regional Studies, or related field
• Arabic language skills
• Familiarity with counter-disinformation, online influence operations, or digital safety research
• Experience with social monitoring platforms (e.g., PeakMetrics, Dataminr, Talkwalker, Meltwater)
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern geopolitics and modern information environments
